With an easy-to-use online portal for both employers and employees, employers can view and manage payroll services, PTO requests, calendars, and more and employees access a user-friendly interface for self-service to view and download check stubs and tax forms including W-2s.

  • A customizable timekeeping module, in most cases, integrates with your existing system, or we can develop an integration that will work with any existing system. Managers have a dashboard that allows them to see who is clocked in or out and any missing punches. Features include fingerprint or facial timeclock technology, mobile app with geo-fencing, and automatic tracking for PTA accruals and balances.
  • The flexible scheduling module lets you manage employee hours with overtime alerts. It also allows you to publish schedules and enables qualified employees to drop and pick up shifts following text messages or email notifications, freeing up your managers from rescheduling shifts when an employee is unable to work. Schedules also feed into the timekeeping and payroll modules.
  • The benefits management module is designed to simplify benefits administration and provide a one-stop-shop platform to access user-friendly paperless benefits management for both employers and employees. The module can also integrate with most major insurance carriers for easy management.
