Brittany Pettit is an HR service coordinator for Global Business Advisors on the Human Resource Management team. She assists the team with integrating effective human resource processes, programs, and practices aligned with human resource policies and labor laws.

As part of her role, Brittany assists the team with developing and implementing policies, providing guidance on employee relations issues, implementing applicant tracking systems, conducting risk analysis, providing support for unemployment claims, and consulting on best practices. She also serves on the firm’s Recognition Committee, which honors and celebrates the professional achievements of team members.

Brittany started working at GBA in 2015 as an intern and continued throughout her years in college. In 2019, she graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies and began working full-time for GBA.
