Claire Stone is an HR associate consultant for Global Business Advisors in the Human Resource Management department. She works with clients to assist them in strategically integrating effective human resource processes, programs and practices in accordance with human resource policies and labor laws.

Claire provides expertise in policy development and implementation, guidance on employee relations issues, risk analysis, support for unemployment claims, and consultation on best practices. She is also involved with the Be Fit & Sponsorship Committee, which coordinates the firm’s internal corporate wellness initiatives.

Before joining GBA in 2024, Claire served as the human resources director at Texas Dermatology in San Antonio. During her tenure, she collaborated with Samantha Gonzales, now a colleague at GBA, in HR operations. Before this, she held the position of clinical operations manager at Texas Dermatology, where she managed HR operations for the clinical team and oversaw day-to-day clinical functions. Claire also served as the Compliance Officer for Texas Dermatology, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for all operations, as well as adherence to internal policies and procedures. Additionally, her experience includes roles in personnel management.

Claire received a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Healthcare Management, complemented by a Master of Science in Health Leadership from Western Governors University. Her practical expertise and extensive experience make her a valuable asset to GBA as she brings her managerial skills, HR knowledge, and compliance background to the team.

When she’s not working, Claire enjoys visiting Renaissance festivals, gardening, camping, and spending quality time with her husband and their four cats.
