Emily Alexander joined Global Business Advisors in 2022 as a client relationship specialist as part of the Concierge team. In this role, she strategically supports firm-wide client and prospect relationships.

Emily works with her team to onboard new clients and to help coordinate the firm’s cross-department (or cross-gateway) projects and processes. She also manages the client survey process, which helps us understand how our clients feel about the work we are doing for them and offers an opportunity to suggest how else we might help them.

Emily also helps with meeting preparation and ongoing service, ensuring that clients with services in multiple departments have their needs met in each area. In addition, she serves on the Recognition Committee, which celebrates the achievements of team members within the firm.

Emily earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Texas A&M University. After graduating, she taught high school math until the end of the 2020 school year. She then began working in the private sector as an accountant for multiple clients. She also helped write and implement administrative and financial procedures for a non-profit company that she was passionate about helping.

When not in the office, Emily enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading a good thriller book, and in the fall, watching Aggie football. Whoop!
