Meghan serves as the Director of Operations for Global Business Advisors where her chief focus is developing and managing various operations programs and procedures. She directs all aspects of new employee communications, recruiting, interviewing, offers, and onboarding. She also manages the training programs and presentations for new and existing team members.

Maintaining active engagement within the company, Meghan participates in the Sunshine Committee, which manages the firm’s internal celebrations, and the Events Committee, which organizes the company’s seminars.

Meghan was originally hired as a temporary employee in 2009 to write a procedures manual for a rodeo committee. She then wrote procedures manuals for all of the firm’s departments and was brought on permanently.

As part of her responsibilities with GBA, Meghan also served as coordinator for the Texas Trucking Alliance (TTA) when the group was active. This included managing the day-to-day activities of TTA, such as maintaining the budget, planning events, documenting TTA activities and goals, and handling media relations. She has also assisted with developing survey questionnaires, compiling a variety of written components of TTA research studies, preparing the studies for publication, and coordinating with all contributors.

Meghan studied at The University of Texas at San Antonio and received a Bachelor of Arts in English with an emphasis in professional writing. She further developed her writing, editorial, and design expertise while working in the editorial department of Harcourt Assessment.

When not at the office, Meghan and her husband feel like they’re operating an unofficial animal shelter for their rescued pets, which include five dogs and one cat. In 2019, she and her husband welcomed their first child, and in 2024 their second child was born, both daughters.
