Renee McRae is a tax and accounting consultant with Global Business Advisors on the Payroll team. She oversees tax and accounting processes related to client payroll accounts, including filing local, state, and federal payroll tax returns and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

In support of the payroll team, Renee directs the calculation and reporting of tax liabilities and responds to questions and special requests from employees and regulatory agencies. She assists clients with understanding laws and regulations regarding taxes and payroll withholding procedures and prepares budgets, projections, and special reports for clients.  In addition, she is also involved with GBA’s Sunshine Committee, which manages the firm’s internal celebrations.

Renee studied Business and Accounting at Southern New Hampshire University.  She has over 30 years of experience in payroll and accounting; the most recent seven concentrated in payroll tax, tax accounting, and financials. She started working at GBA in 2020.

Renee stays active running, working out, dancing, and riding dirt bikes.  She also enjoys reading, going to the beach, and spending time with her family and two Boxers.
