Samantha Brown is a human resources consultant at Global Business Advisors, where she designs and implements strategic HR processes, programs, and best practices aligned with human resource policies and labor laws.

As a subject matter expert, Samantha helps organizations attract, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring full compliance across all HR functions. She offers deep expertise in regulatory compliance, third-party agency assistance, policy and handbook development, compensation and job structures, applicant tracking systems, employee relations, risk analysis, audits, unemployment claims and hearings, and performance review design.

In 2022, Samantha joined the team as an associate consultant and was quickly promoted to consultant in 2023. She provides leadership and guidance to the human resources team and is a trusted advisor to the managing partners.

Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Samantha’s upbringing in the inner city instilled in her the values of humility and servant leadership. She brings extensive knowledge in the healthcare industry, which she gained from her previous roles. Most recently, she served as human resources director for a multi-county pediatric and adult dermatology, plastic surgery, and clinical research facility. Before that, she held leadership roles as a regional operations manager for a national biologics infusion company and as a practice manager for a large community multispecialty practice.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with her husband, their four children, and four dogs.

Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She is involved with the firm’s Be Fit & Sponsorship Committee, which coordinates the company’s internal corporate wellness initiatives.
